Mr. Wales is a co-founder and managing director of Moss Adams Capital LLC.
He has over 20 years of experience advising owners and managers of middle market companies. He is a specialist in the area of evaluating alternatives, sell-side and buy-side advisory services, and capital raising activities. Prior to this position, he was managing director in U.S. Bank/Piper Jaffary's investment banking group based in Seattle and he was an investment manager with Prudential Capital Corporation in New York and San Francisco. Earlier in his career, he was a member of Citicorp’s leveraged finance group in Los Angeles.
Mr. Wales received a BS from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
