Wiley P. Kitchell

Mr. Kitchell is a managing director of Moss Adams Capital LLC. In this capacity, he specializes in advising companies and middle market business owners who wish to sell their companies or who need to raise debt or equity capital in order to pursue expansion or acquisition opportunities.

Mr. Kitchell has more than 15 years of investment banking experience working with privately owned companies. Prior to joining Moss Adams Capital, he was a managing director and co-founder of The Commerce Bank's Corporate Finance Group based in Seattle, where he specialized in arranging private equity transactions for companies located in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to that position, Mr. Kitchell served as first vice president and manager of the Corporate Finance Group at Security Pacific Bank of Washington (formerly Rainier Bancorporation). Mr. Kitchell commenced his investment banking career with Goldman Sachs in New York.

Mr. Kitchell received a BA in economics and anthropology from Duke University, and an MBA in finance from Northwestern University.
