Harman K. Wales (Jet)

Mr. Wales is a managing director of Moss Adams Capital LLC. In this capacity, he specializes in advising owners and entrepreneurs who wish to sell their middle market company or who need new investors to supply growth capital for expansion or acquisition opportunities.

Prior to this position, he was the senior vice president and managing director of U.S. Bank's investment banking group based in Seattle. Before joining U.S. Bank, he was an investment manager with Prudential Capital Corporation in New York and San Francisco. Earlier in his career, he was a member of Citicorp’s leveraged finance group in Los Angeles. His previous experience includes eight years as an officer in the United States Air Force, during which he was assigned to a fighter squadron and, while posted at the Pentagon, worked directly with the Senate and House of Representatives as a congressional liaison for the Department of Defense.

Mr. Wales received a BS from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
