Amy Weltmer

Ms. Weltmer is a senior consultant with Moss Adams Capital LLC, with a focus on the real estate industry. She has more than seven years of real estate advisory and management experience, having begun her career managing an office and retail portfolio in Irvine, California, in 2002. Her career is distinguished by a wide range of experiences, including development, redevelopment, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. She has extensive experience across multiple real estate asset classes including retail, office, and homebuilding. She has worked with American Premiere Homes and Development, MCC Realty Management, Overture Real Estate, and The Colton Company. 

Ms. Weltmer graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a BA in economics and a minor in computer science. She has a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Ms. Weltmer is currently active in ULI, IREM, NAIOP and is a National Forum Member.
